I keep struggling to have motivation for drawing or painting or the very very rare occasion, animating. I think it stems from my perfectionism, if the drawing starts looking bad I immediately scrap it then it ends up with me not drawing for weeks or even months. I wonder when this rut will be over.
However I do really like ARTFIGHT, it challenges me to try and draw more and draw more designs that I wouldn't think of making myself. Just gotta persevere through art block and procrastination.
I understand this feeling toooo well, my deal though is I have these wonderful ideas but I lack the energy to put pen to paper (so to speak.. since I draw digitally lol) art block can be a real mood killer.. I believe in you!
I have this too! I can visualise what I wanna draw but as soon as I start drawing it looks completely different :(
@DOOLY88 aweee :(( and omg I have the same problem aaa.. like I'll have this godly art piece I wanna make and when I actually draw it it looks like doodoo

I can understand what you're saying, sometimes wanting everything to be perfect is very annoying, but seeing your art, you're really good! I like how you use the color palettes, and your rendering looks great.
